A downloadable game for Windows

Welcome to MONO: A small DIY puzzle platformer I made in about a week.

Features:
-Create as many levels as you’d like and save and load them back.
-Share and load .mono files saved in the appdata folder.
-Xbox controller and keyboard support.
-Edit the color palette of the game.

Credits:
All music and sounds made on the TI-83+ with irrlicht project’s Houston Tracker 2
Level editor song is a remake of Opening 2 from Mega Man 9 on the TI-83+

Install instructions

Download and unzip the file. Read the MONOInstructions.txt included with the game as there is no in-game tutorial.

This game was made rather quickly and unfortunately I accidentally overwrote the original source code, making the game final in its state. There are a few known bugs as a result: 

  • Depending on where you place a springboard it can have some glitchy behavior. 
  • Be careful with the scale in the options menu. You can kinda mess some stuff up if you are not careful. If you do, just go to %localappdata%\Mono\ and delete data.ini. This will clear your settings.
